Prepare change orders, obtain requisite approvals

Prepare and issue monthly progress reports

Receive and review application for payment

Ensure receipt of properly executed application, partial lien release(s)

Project close out

Prepare pre-closeout punch list

Ensure timely completion of close out tasks

Review contractor's submissions for warranties and guarantees

Administer mechanical equipment start-up procedures

Secure and transmit operating manuals to owner's representative

Secure and transmit final lien release(s) to owner
